Note (1) July 17 1806 was the last recorded land conveyance by Obadiah Davisson, and
Russell Lee Davisson uses that as a reference point for Obadiah's date of death.
But Jeff Whittaker reports Obadiah's death as July 17 1786 in Clarksburg, WV.
