Event Notes
Note (1) Marriage bond signed by the husband's brother, Edmund L. Cain, and by the
wife's father, Josiah Hart, on Oct 28 1839.  The marriage record itself does not
specify a date.
Note (2) Although age given at 1870 and 1880 censuses would put birth in about 1816,
age 21 given in 1850 Census and age 75 in death record puts it in about 1819. 
Birth date on headstone appears to be Nov 29 1816, although the "6" could also
be seen as an "8".  The spelling of his name is seen consistently in records as
Edmund, but his headstone has it as Edmond.
