This is a typed ledger entry, undoubtedly transcribed from the original handwritten records. The middle initial "A" would seem to be a transcription error from the original "R" as found in the 1880 Census, where this child is clearly identifed as Sarah R. Richards. But the 1900 Census identifies her as Lina Richards (b. Sep 1877), the obituary of brother Daniel in 1968 lists a surviving sister Lina Watson of Parkersburg, the marriage record of Lina Richards in Dec 1902 give her age as 25 (i.e., born ca 1877), and the SSDI shows Lina Watson, b. 18 [sic] Sep 1877, a resident of Parkersburg.
