Stated age of 65 would put birth in about 1805. Note (2) Age 18 in Jan 1851 marriage record would put birth in about 1832. But ages 25 and 35 in the 1850 and 1860 Census puts it in about 1825. Note (3) Age 55y 10m 18d in death record calculates to a birth date of Nov 5 1831. But both she and brother John were 17 in the 1850 Census, and his birth date is shown on his headstone as Nov 5 1832. It would thus appear that they were twins and that Rachel's age was misstated in her death record by exactly one year.
