But age 34 in 1850 Census and age 54 in 1870 Census would put it in about 1816. Death record of daughter Sarah and Census entry for son Anderson state their father's birthplace as Pennsylvania. Note (2) Age 22y 6m in Apr 1869 marriage record would put birth in about October 1846. But birth date on headstone is 1847, and death record states Sep 26 1847. Note (3) In 1850, she was enumerated in the household of Ephraim & Catherine (Davis) Bee. In 1860, along with her brother Francis H. Hansford, she was in the household of Nathan J. & Keziah (Davis) Davis. A nearby household in 1860 was that of David & Susan Trough, which included their son Cyrus, Leah's future husband.
