Note (3) Birth date given in 1900 Census as Mar 1887, but headstone reads 1885, and death record states Mar 17 1885. Note (4) Delayed birth record, filed Oct 3 1944 by her sister Nellie Ball Wigner, states Lucy's birth date as Oct 4 1905, while her death record states it as Oct 4 1906. But marriage and census records all indicate an earlier birth date, about 1902 or 1903.
