Powell; the defendant, Martha A. Powell, allowed $10 per month temporary alimony; $25 attorney's fee, and $25 suit money; the answer of defendant, Martha A. Powell, to plaintiff's bill ordered filed.", Thursday, 10/21/1915. Event Notes Note (1) Birth date given in death record as Jan 26 1850 (age 75y 6m 14), and date on headstone is 1850. But the 1900 Census shows it as Sep 1849. He was age 1 in the 1850 Census, enumerated in August of that year.
