Note (3) Most of the Seese family were buried on private ground in unmarked graves. Only a few have been found. One oddity is the existence of duplicate granite markers for James W. Seese, 8/14/1868 - 6/2/1955. One is in the cemetery behind the schoolhouse at Alvy, while the other is in the Watts Cemetery on McIntyre Fork. His death record indicates burial at the McIntyre Cemetery. Note (4) Birth date given in 1900 Census as July 1873.
