Note (1) There are two birth record entries for this birth, one showing birthplace as
Harrison County, and the other showing it in Canton, Doddridge County.  Both
records show birth date as March 29 1916.  Birth date misstated in April 1935
marriage record as March 29, 1912, age 22, birthplace Harrison County.  Birth
date on headstone is March 29 1916.  He died on his birthday in 1983.
Note (2) Birth date given in April 1935 marriage record as Aug 6 1913, age 21.  But
date on headstone is Aug 3 1921.
