Reinhard, a Christian Minister. (NOTE: There is no mention of this marriage in husband's obituary. In the 1920 Census at the Doddridge County Infirmary (poor farm), the wife was listed as an "inmate," identified as Anna M. Lipscomb, 33, widowed, along with several of her children. So it seems likely that this couple were soon divorced or the marriage annulled. She remarried in 1921.), MR p. 210 : www.wvculture.org/vrr/va_view.aspx?Id=11795367&Type=Marriage. Event Notes Note (1) In 1910, a member of Moses & Barbara's household was granddaughter Rhoda B. Smith, age 10. In 1920, Moses was living alone (next to son Creed), marital status widowed. Moses was not found in the 1850 or 1860 Census. Note (2) Participated in the following battles: New Creek, Greenland Gap, Droop Mountain, and Lynchburg Raid. He was discharged on July 3, 1865 at Richmond, Virginia. A military grave marker indicates that he was a prisoner of war at Andersonville Prison.
