1880 Census, Doddridge Co, WV (West Union District, Town of West Union), enumerated on Jun 4 1880:
Mary Garrison, 27, single, dressmaker, unable to read or write; bastard son Wesley, 9; bastard daughter Cora, 4; bastard daughter Biddy A, 3 months.
In the 1900 Census, enumerated on June 4th, three of Mary's children were found as "boarders" at a West Union hotel operated by Allen Leasure (b. 1861 in Ohio) and his wife Mary (b. 1861 in Pa.):
