Reports by some researchers of Thomas Dickerson Pritchard's death in Lewis County in 1862/63 are clearly incorrect.
The adjacent household on one side was that of Thomas & Mary's son Elias R. Pritchard, and on the other side that of Mary's first cousin William Robert Lowther.

Some researchers have erroneously reported Thomas & Mary's marriage as having occurred in Ritchie County on Feb 11 1843.
