Notes for: George H. Hudson

Local news item, "Doddridge County Republican," Thursday, Nov 11, 1915, in its entirety:
"George Hudson, one of the old Central boys who has made good as an electrical railway man, was here Friday evening shaking hands with the friends of other days. Spending a few days vacation in this state, he will also visit friends at Central, Parkersburg and other points before returning to Tampa, Florida, his present headquarters. George is a young man yet, somewhere under 40, but as Superintendent of construction on one of the best electric railway systems in the south, he is pulling down a salary equal to the best pair of men in West Union. And if that lad takes care of himself, he'll climb quite a bit more -- in the next ten years!"
