Notes for: Opal Swisher

The spelling "Chrislip" was used throughout the obituary of Opal Swisher Crislip for herself, her husband, and their sons. But the spelling "Crislip" was used in her newspaper death notice, as well as in the SSDI entries for both herself and her husband.
