Notes for: Helen Virginia Varner

With husband Jack Frye (1904-1959), who was president of TWA airlines, Helen Varner was owner of Smoke Trail Ranch, which later became Red Rock State Park in Sedona, Arizona. She was previously married to Noah B. Anderson (1905-1971) and to newspaper publisher Cornelius Vanderbilt IV (1898-1974). She was divorced from all three husbands.
