"J. Ed. Kinney and Frank Ramsey have each brought suit against the town for damages of $1200 and $1000 respectively for damages to real estate property on Neely Avenue, occasioned by the building of the Wabash Bridge."

Local news item, "West Union Record," Thursday, October 7 1915, in its entirety:
"W. A. Metcalf has the contract to build two houses near the town end of the Wabash bridge for Frank Ramsey. The foundation is ready for one of them."
