Notes for: Neal Wayne Foley

In his early years, Neal Foley operated a grocery business with his brother in West Union. During World War II, he worked in the shipyards at Pittsburgh, Pa, and Bremerton, Washington. After the war, he was an officer for the West Virginia Conservation Commission for seven years. He also was a former employee of Gribble Oil & Gas Company, and was caretaker at Crystal Lake Club in West Union for 12 years, retiring in 1968.
