Settled in Lebanon, Connecticut, in 1711. He first married, on Jun 19 1711, Lydia Abel, who died on Oct 2 1731, age 48. He then married, in 1734, Martha ___. Daniel died on Dec 2 1737. He was perhaps of the third generation from the original Williams settler in New England of that family. He was probably not related to the family of Robert Williams of Roxbury.
