She was employed for 17 years at the former Colin Anderson Center of St. Marys, W.Va., where she worked as a Meds Team Member medicine dispenser. She also worked in the garment industy of Ritchie County at the former Myles Manufacturing plant in Pennsboro. She was a homemaker who along with her husband Jim owned and operated the former Collins Meat Market & Grocery of Pennsboro.
