Dalla's death record identifies her as the daughter of Andy Hart & Martha Muckles [sic]. Birth record of son Alaska identifies her as Sarah E. Harlow Hart, born in Augusta Co, VA, and his death record also identifies her as Sarah Harlow. Based on apparent quality of the records, the latter is believed most accurate of those. But obituary of daughter Etta Wanda Hart Merritt identifies her parents as Andrew and Elizabeth Poole Hart. A death record for a Sarah E. Hart (d. Apr 14 1918) is on file in Doddridge County, age and parents are not listed, cause of death given as "old age."
