(NOTE: Elizabeth Weekley was the widow of Israel Weekley and the mother of Samantha and Reason Weekley. Although the entries for Noah and Israel clearly indicate the surname Foster, it is highly likely that the intended name was Forester, as their mother Lettice (Letty) had married James Forester in 1862. She, however, died soon thereafter and James remarried in 1867, leaving the boys to be raised by their maternal grandmother. They apparently readopted the Weekley surnmame sometime prior to the 1880 Census.)

On Apr 27 1880, in Doddridge County, Frank Weekly, son of Nancy Weekly, married Susan Faupel, dau of Catharine Faupel.
