Notes for: Clarence Earl Bircher

In his younger days, he was employed by the B&O Railroad as a trackman, and later was a truck driver and a school bus driver for Ritchie County schools. He owned and operated several businesses, including the Cairo Ashland service station, and he was always a farmer. Of all his work efforts, moving earth with his bulldozer was his favorite.
