"Mr. Frank E. Michels, accompanied by his brother, George J., returned from Baltimore Tuesday evening where he had been taking eye treatment, for an injury received some weeks ago, in the private office of Dr. Mills, a noted Baltimore specialist. Frank's many friends here will be pleased to learn that his has been almost completely restored from an injury that at first threatened the loss of sight."
