Notes for: Donald Frank Leggett

He was a well-known central West Virginia banker, retiring as vice president of the former Lowndes Bank after a 37-year career. Prior to that, at the time of his 1948 marriage, he resided in South Charleston, WV and was employed by the Carbide & Carbon Corporation.
