News item, "West Union Record," Thursday, Sep 16 1915, in its entirety:
L. S. BEE ALSO HAS BIG APPLES
L. S. Bee, of Sunnyside, visited this office Friday and proved to the satisfaction of all that he had some mighty fine apples on his farm at Sunnyside. He presented this office with two apples of the Wolfe Rivers variety, which were as fine as any we have yet seen. He stated that he had some on the trees that are finer that the ones he brought in Friday.
