Notes for: Oswald Augustus "Gus" Roach

Local news item, "Doddridge County Republican," Thursday, July 13 1916, in its entirety:
"O. A. Roach, formerly of Cloverdale, as the old Doak stand on Flint was known for many years, but who during the past quarter of a century or more, has developed into one of those genial, breezy Buckhannon lumbermen, that roam at large over the grand domains of Upshur, Webster, Randolph and Nicholas, was here on business this week and occasionally tellin' us boys of the times he used to have in West Union."
