    The birth record on file for Floyd Adams is a delayed entry filed by his brother Otto Adams (no address given) on 11 May 1951, stating that Floyd Adams (no middle name) was born in Miletus, Doddridge County, on 11 May 1891, son of Edward Adams & Harriette Clevenger, his mother's seventh child. The block for multiple birth was not checked. But the 1900 Census indicates the birth date of Floyd and his twin brother Loyd as May 1892. However, Findagrave reports Floyd's birthplace as Flemington, Taylor County, and his middle name Wilber..
