      Identified as Harvey McCally, age 25 as of May 16 1880, b. Gilmer Co, res. Doddridge Co; and Kate E. Knight, age 25 as of May 15 1880, b. & res. in Doddridge Co. Married May 12 1881 in West Union. (Note: Wife's obituary, which spells the surname McCauley, incorrectly gives the marriage date as Apr8il 1880. Although the husband's name is entered twice on the marriage form as Harvey McCally, a third entry was made with the name Thomas A. Jones Jr. This was clearly a clerical error. Probably not coincidentally, one month later, Thomas A. Jones Jr. married Magy Jarvis Ripley in Doddridge County.)
