Who Will Help? Otto Bever, mail carrier on West Union Route 2, will lose another horse. This puts Otto strictly up against it. No one has had worse luck than Mr. Bever within the past few months. How many of his patrons will drop him a constribution to help place him on his feet again? Do it today. We make this appeal without the knowledge of Mr. Bever."

Monday morning Otto Bever, formerly a member of the grocery firm of Bever and Hall, started on the road for the American Produce Company, of Parkersburg. His route is from Parkersburg to Salem. This is an old established house, and as Mr. Bever has had much experience in the grocery business, he should succeed in his new undertaking.
