      Identified as Naomi Bernadine Husk, b. (date not specified, but entry is made on page for births occurring in 1928) at Salem WV, dau of Fred Husk, age 31, and Ila Davisson, age 31. Age of mother is consistent with her established birthdate, but stated age of father (who died Jul 17 1927) makes him about nine years younger than is correct. Her marriage record states her birthdate exactly two years earlier, Feb 17 1926, not only at variance with her birth record, but also just eight months before the documented birth of her sister Willena.
