Jeff Whittaker reports death as occurring before Feb 25 1737 or 1738, in Somerset Co, MD. The basis for this was not noted, but may be from the date of the probate of Matthew's will or settlement of the estate. The "bef Apr 1735" reported by Don Norman is likely based on the remarriage of Matthew's wife Ann to his brother John on Apr 4 1735.
