Notes for: Ruby Beatrice Grant

News item in West Union Herald, Thursday, Feb 23 1911:
"NARROW ESCAPE
Ruby, one of the little daughters of Mr. and Mrs. T. B. Grant, received a severe burn on the left arm and narrowly escaped death Friday. While playing with some paper, she stuck it in the fire and it ignited the clothing of the little one. Fortunately the blaze was quickly extinguished."
