Notes for: Georgia R. Nutter
According to his World War I draft registration September 1918, Alva and Georgia Knapp were residing in New Milton, Doddridge County, as of that time. In the 1930 Census, they and their children were residents of Clarksburg, Harrison County. Although we have found no record of them in the 1920 Census, their three children were enumerated as boarders in the household of Basil and Fay (Plauger) Furr in Doddridge County. Relationship, if any, between the Knapp and Furr families is not known.

1930 Census, Harrison Co, WV (City of Clarksburg), enumerated on Apr 21 1930 at 226 Woodlawn Ave:
Alvin C. Knapp, 48, laborer in glass plant; wife Georgia R, 43; son Leeman, 15; son Minor, 14; son Charles, 12.
