Notes for: Mary "Polly" Watson

At the age of seven, John Jett Jr. moved with his parents to Barbour County, where they purchased a farm. In 1849, he and his wife moved to Ritchie County, where they lived until 1875, moving then to Roane County, WV. They had ten children, three of whom died in childhood.
