Notes for: William Frank Osborne

He was a graduate of Harrisville High School, a charter member of Oxford Grange 520, and a member of Point Pleasant Baptist Church in Doddridge County, where he also served as pastor for 20 years. He entered the ministry on Oct 26 1929 and was ordained on Aug 30 1931. He served as minister at Mt. Carmel, Mt. Lenanon and Mt. Olive in Harrison County, and also served Cairo Baptist Church, Straight Creek Baptist Church, Prosperity Baptist Church, Spruce Creek Baptist Church, French Creek Baptist Church, South Fork Baptist Church, and Smith's Run Baptist Church.
