Notes for: Donald Howard Finley
Donald H. Finley began his banking career in Los Angeles as a check sorter for Bank of America, where he later became an assistant manager. He was a loan officer and cashier for Commercial Bank in Tillamook and later was the manager of its Newberg office. He formed Citizens Bank of Corvallis in 1957 and served as its executive vice president and chief executive officer. In 1964, he moved to Milwaukie and became the chief credit administrator and director of First State Bank of Oregon, which became Pacific Western Bank, and he was its president and director when he retired in 1984.
