FARR WITHDRAWS NAME
Attorney P. Douglass Farr of the U.S. Army, stationed at Camp Gordon Johnson, Fla., has withdrawn his name from the Republican ticket as a candidate for House of Delegates from this county. Farr is the present representative from Doddridge.

SGT. P. D. FARR HOME
Sgt. P. Douglass Farr has arrived home from Fort Knox, Ky., from where he received his discharge after serving over three years in the Army. He served over two years in various places in the Pacifc theater of war.
He was a member of the House of Delegates at the time he enlisted. His is a member of the Bar of this county. We are all glad he is home to stay.
