Notes for: Barr Wilson

Barr Wilson edited and organized Minnie Kendall Lowther's "Ritchie County in History and Romance" and wrote the genealogy "Descendants of John Wilson." He was named a West Virginia History Hero in 1997 by Gov. Cecil Underwood, recognizing his grassroots effort to preserve local and regional history.
