Notes for: Henry VanVerth

Two brothers, John and Henry VanVerth, purchased land from Joseph H. Diss Debar in the St. Clara community of Doddridge County. John later sold his farm to Henry and moved to Preston County. Henry's daughter Columbia Jane "Lummie," along with her husband William Lewis "Will" Cole and their family, later lived in the home in Leopold.
