Notes for: Jo Ann Underwood

Following graduation from Doddridge County High School in 1951, attended Western Union training school in New Jersey and was then employed as a Western Union telegraph operator in Washington, DC. In 1952 she accepted employment with the Monongahela Power Company as office clerk in West Union.
