Notes for: Willard Blair "Bill" Shafer

He had been a mechanic for the former Kiger Motors, Bridge Chevrolet of West Union, and the former Superior Dairy of Smithburg. He was a foster grandparent for the Doddridge County school system for 17 years, and he had 28 foster children for the Doddridge County Human Services. He was a life member of the West Union Volunteer Fire Department and the Doddridge County Emergency Squad.
