"Ted" Underwood, Bristol; three half-sisters, Barbara Anderson, Follansbee, Connie Blake, Burnsville, and Charlotte Sue Markley, Belington; one half-brother, Lee Underwood, Burnsville; one foster sister, Mrs. Darrell (Patty) Yater, Oklahoma; two stepdaughters, Sherry Dickson, Madison, TN, and Darlene Smarr, West Union; 7 grand, 12 great-grand, 6 step-grand, and 2 step-great-great-granddaughters. He was predeceased by his first wife, Matha Morgan, one sister, two brothers, and one half-brother.
